The Facilities and Property Mission Team provides service to the buildings, grounds and equipment so the total facility is available for member use and enjoyment in worship and fellowship, which is accomplished by

• Provide for the management of church property, inside and outside
• Provide custodial care for the church buildings and grounds
• Develop policies related to the use of church property
• Make necessary repairs and include these items in preparing the annual budget
