Angel Food Ministries,
a non-profit, non-denominational ministry, is dedicated to providing
grocery relief to communities. It began in 1994 with 34 families from
Monroe, Georgia and in September 2005, this ministry fed over 164,000
families in 32 states while spreading the Good News of the gospel of
Christ through salvation tracts placed in each food order. A $30, 1-unit
food order assists in feeding a family of 4 for about 1 week or a single
senior citizen for almost a month. Food is the same high quality
purchased at a grocery store with no seconds or outdated items, with
both frozen and fresh items for an average of a $70 retail value. Food
stamps are accepted.
Angel Food is available to everyone! . Orders must be picked up on distribution day between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. All food not picked up by 12:00 a.m. will be considered a donation and given to a needy family. No refunds are issued.
