Angel Food Ministries - A Food Ministry with a Heart

Our church became an official host for Angel Food Ministries (AFM) in March of 2006.  Simply put, AFM allows people to purchase groceries at a deep, deep discount directly from our church.

The "general menu" order is $30.  It has been demonstrated that the menu represents about $70 to $80 worth of food from a major Springfield retail grocery store.

In addition to the "general menu" items, each month there are at least two "Special Order" opportunities such items as

• (1) 4 lb. Box, Sirloin Strip Steaks (8  8-oz. Steaks) - $22.00
• (1) 10 lb. Popcorn Chicken - $20.00
•  (1) 4.5 lb. Box, Chicken Cordon Bleu - $21.00
• (1) Springtime Special – Grill Box - $23.00
  • (contains 1 lb. pkg Fresh Italian Sausage, and 4 each: Beef Rib eye Steaks, Boneless Pork Chops,
    Chopped Beef Steak Patties, and  Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast)

There are NO income guidelines. This is for everyone who wants to save money on their groceries.

Also, one can purchase an order of groceries for someone else.
